Dormer Life

In Berlin’s beloved neighborhood of Prenzlauer Berg in the popular Winsstrasse, a classical old building has been completely renovated. BFA has breathed new life into the building and given this corner development a fully modern look. Particularly noteworthy is the attic, which is slightly set back. The surrounding sloping ceilings are thus set aside by an almost completely glazed penthouse, which is dominated by protruding cubic dormers. The result: spacious, modern attic apartments with a high-quality finish and a contemporary character. In addition, BFA has completely renewed the entire façade with the balconies and extensively renovated the building, including a complete technical overhaul.
